Senior AI Engineer, Data Engineer & Full-Stack Product Developer

We need senior engineers who can take an AI idea and turn it into something real that people use every day. You should be comfortable building with LLMs and data, and just as comfortable shipping the product around it. You'll work on AI agents, ML models, data platforms, dashboards and full applications for clients across many industries. We are hiring 5 people; each will lead in 1–2 areas and support the rest of the team. Responsibilities • Run AI discovery sessions and turn business problems into AI strategies, roadmaps, PoCs and production MVPs. • Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral) and build NLP features, RAG pipelines, AI agents, agentic workflows and agentic OS setups. • Set up AI ops, governance and AI gateways: guardrails, evaluation, monitoring, cost and access control. • Build machine learning solutions: computer vision, predictive analytics and intelligent process automation, deployed with MLOps. • Design data pipelines (ETL/ELT), data warehouses and real-time analytics; modernize legacy data and enforce data governance. • Create business intelligence reports and custom dashboards in Power BI, Tableau or Looker. • Design and develop full-stack products and applications, integrate third-party APIs, and modernize legacy systems. Required skills and experience • 6+ years of professional experience in software, AI/ML or data engineering, including 2+ years with LLMs or ML in production. • Expert Python and/or TypeScript; strong system design, clean code, testing and Git workflows. • Proven delivery of at least 3 production projects (AI agents, ML models, data platforms or SaaS products) with links or case studies. • Hands-on with AWS, Azure or GCP, Docker and CI/CD. • Senior communication: able to lead client calls, estimate work and explain technical trade-offs clearly.
