Senior AI SaaS Developer Needed — Document Automation With Human Approval

I’m building SmartScale AI, a secure AI operations platform for UK recruitment agencies. I already have a website, product demonstration and source code. I now need an experienced developer to turn this into a production-ready system using existing AI APIs such as Gemini, OpenAI or Claude. Objective The system should automate document and email preparation while keeping a human in control: Document received → AI extracts information → software validates it → human approves → approved action is submitted. Initial MVP requirements Secure customer accounts, approved sign-ups and admin access PDF, image and email processing AI extraction of names, dates, hours, rates, totals and expiry dates Structured JSON output with uncertainty handling Validation for incorrect totals, missing signatures/pages, name mismatches and expiring documents Review dashboard showing the original document beside extracted information Approve, edit and reject controls Bullhorn, Xero and email integrations following approval Audit logs recording AI output, corrections, approvals and submissions Secure document storage, encryption, backups and monitoring GDPR-appropriate handling and configurable data retention AI must not autonomously complete legal right-to-work checks, approve payroll or submit unclear information. AI evaluation The system must be tested against my synthetic document set. I will measure: Extraction accuracy Unflagged numerical errors Missed expiries and mismatches Handling of unclear information Valid JSON responses Processing cost and speed The preferred architecture is one primary AI model with a stronger fallback model for difficult cases.
