Senior Engineer — Build Automated Multi-Platform Content Distribution Platform (Instagram,fb,TikTok)

We own fleets of social media accounts and need an internal tool to distribute short-form video content to them automatically, across every platform we operate on similar to HelloButter. Core build: - Content library: folder organization, bulk upload, duplicate detection - Account management: many accounts per platform, each with its own proxy and session where required - Scheduling engine: per-account daily post goals, posting windows, randomized timing, automatic daily generation - Automated posting on: - Instagram — Reels and Stories via the private API, per-account proxies, session persistence, checkpoint / verification-code handling - TikTok — automated video posting to owned accounts - Facebook, YouTube (Shorts), and X — automated video posting to owned pages/channels/accounts - Caption pools per account with performance-based rotation - Retry logic for failed posts, with a failure dashboard - Analytics: views per post and per account, per platform - Admin dashboard for all of the above Required experience: - Instagram and TikTok automation in production, private APIs - Proxy infrastructure (residential/mobile), session and device management, anti-ban practices - Node.js or Python, job queues, cloud deployment - You can show a system posting at volume today Structure: Fixed price by milestones. The final milestone is paid only after a live test: the tool posts to 10 of our real Instagram accounts for 14 consecutive days within agreed failure thresholds. Screening questions: 1.
