We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack & AI Automation Engineer to rapidly build a private job-search and application management platform. Immediate priority is creating a system that helps users discover relevant opportunities and manage applications across supported platforms, starting with LinkedIn and Dice, using compliant integrations and workflows. Core functionality includes job discovery based on user-defined criteria, application workflow automation where permitted, resume/profile autofill, document upload, AI-assisted screening-question responses, AI resume tailoring, duplicate-application prevention, application history tracking, and a dashboard showing submitted, pending, interview, rejected, and offer statuses. Multiple user profiles are also required.
