Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer for Relvara (Next.js/Supabase)

Relvara is a production AI operating system for real estate professionals. It combines CRM, transaction management, marketing, recruiting, IDX websites, and an AI assistant that works across chat, email, SMS, and phone. We are looking for senior full-stack engineers who can contribute inside an established production codebase. This is not a landing-page project or a prompt-only AI role. You will ship real product features, investigate production issues, strengthen existing systems, and work across the stack. What you'll work on: - Build product features with Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and shadcn/Radix - Design and maintain Supabase/Postgres schemas, migrations, indexes, and row-level security - Develop Supabase Edge Functions and Next.js API routes - Improve AI assistants, tool-calling workflows, retrieval, memory, and evaluations - Build and maintain integrations across API's - Debug production issues across Vercel, Supabase, Fly.io, and GitHub Actions - Write tests, review code carefully, and verify that changes work in production - Document decisions and communicate clearly in an asynchronous workflow Our stack includes Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind, Supabase/Postgres, Deno Edge Functions, Python, FastAPI, Anthropic and OpenAI APIs, Vercel, Fly.io, and GitHub Actions. You may use Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools. AI-assisted engineering is welcome, but you must understand the code you ship, recognize when generated code is wrong, and take ownership of the result. You're likely a strong fit if you: - Have shipped and maintained a multi-tenant SaaS product in production - Are highly capable with Next.js, TypeScript, React, and Postgres - Understand authentication, RLS, OAuth, webhooks, background jobs, and third-party APIs - Can diagnose ambiguous production failures instead of only building from clean specifications - Write useful tests and verify outcomes beyond a green CI check - Communicate tradeoffs, blockers, and progress without needing constant supervision Experience with real estate technology, MLS/RESO data, voice AI, telephony, payments, or AI-agent systems is a bonus.
