Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

We’re seeking a product-minded Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build an end-to-end mobile and web platform for a high-touch, algorithmically matched community. Core Stack: Python (FastAPI / Supabase / PostgreSQL) on the backend and React Native (Expo) on mobile. Key Responsibilities: - Build event-driven workflows connecting external survey webhooks (Qualtrics), async background jobs, and transactional email/push notifications. - Design a robust relational database supporting an 8-stage candidate matching state machine. - Develop cross-platform mobile apps (iOS/Android) featuring dynamic 1-page profile views, calendar scheduling integrations (via Cal.com/Cronofy API), and automated post-meeting pulse feedback loops. - Integrate existing Python pairing logic and automated discussion-guide generation. - Deliver a lightweight admin dashboard for manual match review, override capabilities, and cohort telemetry. **Backend must be Python (FastAPI/Django) to integrate directly with our existing Qualtrics ingestion models and profile generation engines. Must have experience integrating third-party scheduling APIs (Cal.com, Cronofy, or Nylas) for 2-way calendar sync, rather than building custom scheduling engines from scratch.
