Senior Full-Stack React/Node.js Developer to Assess, fix and launsch existing App

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to evaluate NEXUS, an existing family-management application, and prepare a technical assessment before we proceed with repairs and launch. Current technology: * Frontend: React / Vite * Backend: Node.js / Express * Database: MySQL / Drizzle ORM * Intended platforms: iOS and Android Known issues requiring investigation: * Recurring tasks and appointments do not consistently appear in the schedule. * Push notifications and reminders are not functioning reliably. * Some information is not saved or updated correctly. * Certain editing functions do not work as expected. * Mobile compatibility, reliability, and deployment readiness need evaluation. Deliverables for the initial audit: 1. Review the existing codebase and application architecture. 2. Identify the causes of the reported problems. 3. Assess the application’s readiness for iOS and Android deployment. 4. Provide a written report identifying critical issues and recommended solutions. 5. Provide an estimated timeline and fixed-price proposal for completing the repairs and preparing the app for launch. Developer requirements: Strong experience with React, Node.js, Express, MySQL, debugging existing applications, and mobile push notifications. We are looking for someone who can improve our existing application rather than rebuild it from scratch. Clear communication in English, transparency about costs, and experience taking applications through testing and launch are essential. Budget: Initial budget 300 dollars; scope and final cost to be agreed separately. Potential follow-up: If the assessment is satisfactory, we may offer a separate contract for repairs, testing, launch, and ongoing maintenance.
