senior GTM/data-growth engineer

Hi — I’m looking for a GTM engineering + data engineering + AI automation who has real experience building signal/intent-based consumer lead generation systems, not just scraping lists and blasting outreach. The goal is to identify people who are actually showing intent, combine multiple signals/data sources, score and rank them, then only push the highest-quality Tier 1 / Tier 2 prospects into our CRM for fast sales follow-up. Everything should have attribution and a feedback loop tied to actual outcomes — not just leads, but conversions and revenue. My first use case is a nationwide *consumer* services company, but if the system works well, I also want to deploy the same architecture for 2 other clients. I already have access to multiple intent/data/enrichment platforms and want someone who knows how to connect signals, scoring, enrichment, CRM, AI agents and automation into a modular system that can scale. If you’ve built something like this, please send me one or two specific examples showing the signals used, how prospects were scored, how leads were routed, and how the system learned from closed/revenue outcomes. Please don’t send me examples of generic scraping or mass outbound. I’m specifically looking for intent/signal-driven GTM systems with outcome feedback loops.
