Senior Python Developer (Long Term)

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Python Developer with 8+ years of professional experience in software development and a strong understanding of Machine Learning concepts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance Python applications while contributing to machine learning initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Python applications and services. Build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions using Python. Develop and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and third-party services. Collaborate with data scientists and engineering teams to implement and deploy machine learning solutions. Work with machine learning models, data processing pipelines, and model integration. Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective solutions. Perform code reviews, troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization. Follow best practices for clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and development standards. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of hands-on experience in Python development. Strong proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Good knowledge of Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, and model development/integration. Familiarity with libraries such as Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and TensorFlow/PyTorch is preferred. Experience with Git, APIs, cloud platforms, and CI/CD practices is an advantage. Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
