Senior React Native Developer for Feed Performance Audit & Bug Fix

Description: We are experiencing performance issues (frame drops, laggy scrolling, video playback glitches) in the mixed image and video feed of our mobile app. The issues are particularly noticeable on certain devices, whereas others run quite well. We are looking for an experienced React Native developer with deep knowledge of video pipelines, memory management, and list optimization (e.g., cell recycling). Project Structure: This is a two-phase project to ensure high quality and protect our IP: Phase 1: Performance Audit (Fixed Price). You will review an isolated branch or minimal reproducible example (no full backend access required), diagnose the root cause of the scrolling and video issues, and provide a clear, written explanation and solution plan. Phase 2: Implementation (Budget TBD). Upon successful diagnosis in Phase 1, we will add a second milestone or start an hourly contract to implement the clean fix and verify it on the affected devices.
