# Senior SaaS Developer & AI Automation Architect – Long-Term Opportunity ## About the Project I'm an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience building and operating businesses in B2B sales, manufacturing, marketing, and real estate. We're looking for an experienced **full-stack SaaS developer and automation architect** to help build our first product and potentially become a long-term technical partner. ## Phase 1: QuickBooks Sales Automation (Initial Paid Project) Our first product will be developed and tested using my existing company, Plastek, which uses QuickBooks Online for customer estimates and invoices. The initial system should: 1. Connect securely to QuickBooks Online using its API. 2. Track customer estimates and identify outstanding quotes. 3. Automate estimate follow-up scheduling and reminders. 4. Generate personalized AI-assisted follow-up emails for salesperson approval. 5. Analyze purchasing history to identify potential reorder opportunities. 6. Track customer responses and sales activities. 7. Provide a simple dashboard displaying automation activity and results. 8. Allow configurable follow-up timing and preferences. 9. Handle duplicate records, API errors, and synchronization issues. 10. Be designed for eventual reuse across multiple customers. QuickBooks must remain our accounting system, and the initial integration should be read-only. **Important:** The developer must first validate how QuickBooks Online exposes estimate-sent status and related events before building the follow-up workflow. ## Phase 2: Real Estate Automation (Future Project) Once Phase 1 is validated, we plan to expand into automation products for real estate agents, teams, and brokerages.
