Senior Software Engineer – AI Coding Agent Evaluation Experience: 4+ years Contract: Hourly, Long-term Work Arrangement: Remote Availability: Up to 40 hours/week Job Description We are looking for experienced software engineers to participate in AI coding agent evaluation and training projects. You will evaluate AI-generated code, test software implementations, identify bugs, review architecture, and create real-world programming challenges to assess AI coding capabilities. Responsibilities: - Review and evaluate AI-generated code. - Run applications, debug issues, and identify technical problems. - Test AI coding agents using real-world development tasks. - Write unit tests and integration tests. - Evaluate code quality, architecture, performance, and maintainability. - Document AI coding mistakes and provide technical feedback. Requirements: - 4+ years of professional software development experience. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Strong programming and debugging skills. - Experience with code reviews and software testing. - Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns. - Strong written English communication skills. Preferred Technologies: C#, .NET, Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, React, SQL, REST APIs, and microservices. Previous AI or machine learning experience is not required. Strong software engineering experience is the priority.
