Senior Software Engineer for CEX

We are seeking a senior software engineer to help build and improve a crypto exchange platform. You will work on core platform architecture, matching engine development, and blockchain integration for a high-performance trading system. Responsibilities include designing scalable systems, implementing reliable order matching logic, and supporting secure, efficient exchange operations. The ideal candidate has strong experience with financial platforms and can contribute to both backend and system-level improvements. This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who can help shape the technical direction of a growing exchange. What You'll Work On • Trading & Order Management — order lifecycle, states, trade execution flows • Matching Engine & Order-Book Infrastructure — high-performance, low-latency matching and order-book data structures • Market Data & WebSocket Services — real-time streams, pub/sub, efficient fan-out to clients • Account & Balance Management — ledger design, balance locking, reconciliation • Blockchain Deposit & Withdrawal Infrastructure — wallet integration, transaction monitoring, confirmations, hot/cold wallet flows • Backend APIs & Distributed Services — scalable, fault-tolerant service architecture • Security & Scalability — threat modeling, rate limiting, auditability, horizontal scaling
