Senior Software Engineer

We're looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience to join our team long term. We need someone who is strong in backend development, but also comfortable with system design, architecture, and product development. What we're looking for: - 10+ years of software engineering experience - Strong backend development skills - Strong system design and architecture skills - Excellent coding and problem-solving skills - Fluent English and strong communication - Experience working with U.S. startups is a plus - At least 5 hours of overlap with EST–PST working hours You can be located anywhere in the world. What you'll do: - Build and improve backend systems - Design scalable systems and architecture - Develop new product features - Make technical decisions - Work closely with the team - Take ownership from idea to production We're looking for someone who can understand problems, suggest solutions, and drive development forward, not just follow tasks. This is a long-term position. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the company.
