Software Engineer (English/Spanish) - CST Hours

Are you a software engineer who enjoys both coding and talking through technical ideas? We’re looking for someone to support our agency’s development work and join occasional interviews and client calls. Your specialty could be Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, Node.js, React, or a similar technology. We value depth in at least one area, clear communication, and the ability to learn what a project needs. The role You’ll work on assigned development tasks, discuss technical experience during video or audio calls, and collaborate with our team as opportunities and projects move forward. You should be comfortable working independently and keeping the team updated on your progress. You’re a good fit if you: - Have solid professional software development experience - Speak native Spanish and fluent English - Can explain technical work clearly in live conversations - Are dependable, responsive, and comfortable working independently - Have reliable internet and a suitable setup for video calls How to apply Please include the following in your proposal: 1.
