Solana Developer for Meme Coin Scalping Bot

I'm looking for an experienced Solana trading bot developer to act as a technical advisor while I build a bot for scalping newly launched meme coins. I'll write all the code myself. What I need is your practical knowledge: the architecture and theory behind it, what actually works in live trading and what doesn't, and the details that only come from experience, such as RPC node choices, priority fees, Jito tips, latency, and handling failed transactions. I already have two trading bots running and a solid understanding of trading and how bots work, so I'm not looking for hand-holding. The format would be an initial overview call on how to structure the bot, then occasional check-ins where you review my progress and give pointers along the way. Proven experience building and running on-chain trading bots on Solana is required. In your proposal, please describe a bot you've built or run live, and one lesson you learned the hard way.
