Static Mobile Responsibe Website

I'm looking for a designer/developer to create a professional website for my AV, live events and technical production business. The company has grown organically over several years through referrals and repeat clients. During that time I've built a substantial equipment inventory and delivered a wide range of technical production projects, but I've never invested heavily in a dedicated online presence. I'm now looking for a website that properly reflects the experience, professionalism and capabilities of the business while helping generate new enquiries. The website should include the following core pages: Home About Services Projects / Previous Work Equipment / Dry Hire Contact Us The overall design should be modern, professional, responsive and aligned with the live events and technical production industry. Projects / Previous Work - I'd like a portfolio section showcasing previous projects and event work. Main Projects page displaying an overview of projects Individual project pages with detailed case studies Approximately 3 initial project layouts/designs to demonstrate the structure Ability for me to easily duplicate the templates and add future projects myself Space for project descriptions, images, client information, equipment used and outcomes The goal is to create a professional showcase of completed work while keeping content management simple. Equipment / Dry Hire Catalogue - I'd like a simple equipment catalogue that allows visitors to browse available hire equipment and submit enquiries. Requirements: Approximately 5 equipment categories Around 40 initial equipment items/listings as part of the build Individual equipment pages/listings with: Images Descriptions Key specifications Enquiry button/form Category filtering and clear navigation I'm also open to a template-based approach where the developer creates the structure and populates the first 10 items, allowing me to add the remaining equipment myself. The purpose is not e-commerce or online booking, but rather showcasing available equipment and encouraging enquiries. I'm looking for a professional result while remaining budget conscious. My preference is for a simple, robust and maintainable solution that presents the business professionally and can be expanded over time without significant ongoing costs.
