Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Strapi CMS and Next.js developer to complete three development milestones for Certyfex, our cloud-based SaaS platform. The project involves implementing a multilingual product information page, integrating an existing onboarding page with Strapi CMS, and developing SaaS tenant management capabilities directly within the Strapi administration dashboard. Several components, designs, schemas, and backend APIs are already available. Our objective is to build upon the existing architecture rather than redevelop functionality from scratch. The project will be divided into three milestones, each with its own deliverables, testing, and acceptance criteria. Milestone 1: Certyfex Info Hub – Next.js & Strapi Integration Develop and integrate a single-page product information hub for Certyfex, using Next.js for the frontend and Strapi as the content management backend. Scope of Work: • Implement the single-page frontend based on the provided Figma design. • Integrate the page with Strapi CMS, allowing administrators to manage all relevant content without modifying frontend code. • Design and implement the necessary Strapi content types, components, and schemas. • Support multiple languages, including full RTL (Right-to-Left) compatibility for languages such as Arabic and Kurdish. • Ensure that all content, headings, descriptions, buttons, and other text elements can be managed and translated through Strapi. • Implement responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. • Ensure appropriate language switching, RTL/LTR layouts, and consistent styling. • Follow existing project conventions and maintain clean, reusable code. Deliverables: • Fully functional, responsive Certyfex Info Hub. • Complete Strapi CMS integration and multilingual content management. • RTL/LTR compatibility. • Implementation matching the supplied Figma design. • Tested and deployed functionality. Milestone 2: Existing Onboarding Page – Strapi CMS Integration The Certyfex onboarding page has already been developed and delivered by another developer. The objective is not to rebuild the onboarding page, but to integrate the existing frontend with Strapi CMS so its content and translations can be managed centrally. Scope of Work: • Review the existing onboarding frontend and the Strapi schema established in Milestone 1. • Extend or reuse the existing schema where appropriate. • Integrate onboarding page content with Strapi APIs. • Allow administrators to modify onboarding wording, instructions, headings, descriptions, labels, and other relevant text through Strapi. • Implement multilingual content management, including RTL support. • Preserve the existing frontend design, functionality, and onboarding workflow. • Ensure content changes in Strapi are correctly reflected in the frontend. Deliverables: • Existing onboarding page fully connected to Strapi. • Editable and translatable onboarding content. • Reusable Strapi schema and components where appropriate. • No regression in existing onboarding functionality. • Successfully tested integration. Milestone 3: SaaS Tenant Management – Strapi Admin Dashboard Implement SaaS tenant management capabilities directly within the Strapi administration dashboard, using the backend APIs already developed and provided by our backend team. We already have a similar API-driven implementation using the Metronic theme for another application. The developer should review this existing implementation and reuse the relevant API integration patterns and logic wherever practical. Scope of Work: • Develop a tenant management interface within the Strapi administration dashboard. • Integrate with the existing SaaS tenant management API endpoints. • Implement the available tenant management operations, including: o Create tenant. o Retrieve and list tenants. o View tenant information and status. o Check tenant status or availability. o Enable tenant. o Disable tenant. o Delete tenant. o Additional supported actions as defined in the provided API documentation. • Implement appropriate forms, validation, status indicators, confirmation dialogs, and error handling. • Reuse existing API integration patterns from the previously developed Metronic-based application where applicable. • Ensure secure API communication and appropriate administrative access controls. • Provide clear feedback for successful, failed, and pending API operations. • Maintain consistency with the existing Strapi administration interface. Important: The backend APIs already exist. This milestone focuses on Strapi administration interface development and API integration, not redevelopment of the SaaS tenant management backend. Deliverables: • Fully functional tenant management interface inside Strapi Admin. • Integration with the provided backend API endpoints. • Working tenant lifecycle operations. • Appropriate validation, error handling, and administrative permissions. • Tested functionality with the existing SaaS backend. Technical Requirements --------------------------------- Required experience: • Strong experience with Strapi CMS, including content modeling, localization, and admin panel customization. • Strong proficiency in Next.js, React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. • Experience developing multilingual applications with RTL/LTR support. • Experience integrating REST APIs and handling authentication and authorization. • Familiarity with SaaS architecture and tenant lifecycle management. • Ability to work with existing codebases and integrate functionality developed by other teams. • Experience translating Figma designs into responsive frontend implementations. Preferred experience: • Previous experience customizing the Strapi administration dashboard. • Familiarity with Metronic. • Experience building multi-tenant SaaS administration interfaces. • Understanding of secure API integration and production deployment practices. Available Resources The selected developer will receive access to the relevant existing resources: • Figma design for the Certyfex Info Hub. • Existing Next.js frontend project. • Existing onboarding page implementation. • Existing Strapi project and relevant schemas. • SaaS tenant management API endpoints and documentation. • Reference implementation using Metronic and API integrations. • Technical clarification and coordination with our backend development team. Development Expectations & Acceptance Criteria 1. Each milestone must be completed, demonstrated, tested, and approved independently. 2. All code must follow the existing project architecture and established development standards. 3. Existing functionality must remain unaffected. 4. Multilingual and RTL/LTR functionality must be tested wherever applicable. 5. All required CMS-managed content must be editable without frontend code changes. 6. Tenant management actions must work correctly through the provided backend APIs. 7. Source code must be committed to our designated repository. 8. The developer must provide a brief technical handover covering schemas, integrations, and any configuration changes. 9. Final milestone approval will be subject to successful testing and resolution of identified defects.
