Technical Audit of Lovable-Built App Before iOS/Android Conversion

I have built a functioning web app in Lovable for parents of neurodivergent children. The app is already substantially complete and is now connected to a private GitHub repository. I am NOT looking for a rebuild at this stage. I am looking for an experienced developer to carry out a technical audit of the existing app and advise on what needs to be improved before beta testing and eventual conversion into a proper iOS and Android app. The app currently includes features such as: - Parent accounts/login - Child profiles - Uploading confidential medical reports/documents - Daily journalling - Routines and reminders - Parent wellbeing tools - Support features - Data export/report functionality - Supabase backend The main goals of this audit are to: - Review the overall code quality and architecture - Review the Supabase setup and database structure - Review authentication and user permissions - Check that users can only access their own data - Review document/file upload security - Check for exposed API keys, environment variables or secrets - Review the .env setup and advise what should be stored securely - Identify security/privacy risks - Review error handling, performance and scalability - Check whether the current app is suitable for a controlled beta launch - Identify any critical fixes needed before beta - Recommend the most cost-effective route to turn the existing app into an iOS + Android app - Advise whether the existing React/web code can reasonably be reused using Capacitor or similar, or whether React -Native/Expo would be a better long-term approach - Avoid unnecessary rebuilding of functionality that already works Deliverable: I would like a clear written audit/report, ideally divided into: - Critical issues that must be fixed before beta - Important improvements - Nice-to-have improvements - Security/privacy concerns - Recommended mobile app conversion approach - Approximate scope/time/cost for the next development phase Please do not make substantial changes to the code during the audit unless agreed with me first. Technology: Lovable, React/TypeScript, GitHub, Supabase. Ideal freelancer: Someone with strong experience in: - React / TypeScript - Supabase - App security - Authentication / permissions - GitHub - Converting web apps to iOS/Android Capacitor and/or React Native / Expo - Reviewing AI/no-code-generated applications - Experience auditing Lovable-built applications would be a major advantage.
