TikTok Shop Setup + Creator/Affiliate Outreach for Handmade Natural Indigo Dye Kits - DIY/Crafts

I run a small, established textile business (10 years) selling handmade and hand-dyed African textiles, vintage French linens, and handmade pillows. I sell currently on Etsy and through local boutique wholesale accounts. I've just launched a new product: a DIY natural indigo dye kit, made with real Indigofera tinctoria indigo and a natural fructose vat method (no harsh chemicals) with professional branded packaging already developed. I want to bring this kit to TikTok Shop and I need help getting it set up correctly and finding the right creators to promote it. I have no existing TikTok Shop or experience or TikTok presence, so I need someone comfortable starting from zero & explaining the process very well to me. This role has two parts. Advise on / set up TikTok Shop compliance requirements (categories, product certifications if needed for dye products) Basic shop optimization for TikTok's algorithm and search Part 2: Creator/Affiliate Outreach (ongoing) Identify TikTok creators in the fiber arts, natural dyeing, slow fashion, sustainable living, and DIY/craft niches Reach out to creators to join the TikTok Shop affiliate program for this product Negotiate seeding units (free product demo indigo kit) vs. paid collaborations vs. commission-only affiliate terms Track outreach, responses, and creator performance Help set commission rates and manage the affiliate program in Seller Center
