Turn our in-house ecom tools into a platform other brands can log into (Supabase/Python)

WHAT WE DO We run several direct-to-consumer ecom brands (health & wellness) and a small 1:1 advisory program for other DTC founders. We've built internal tools we use daily to run our own brands: - Inventory planning & forecasting: SKU-level demand forecast, reorder points, cash-tied-up views, driven by Shopify order data - Creative performance dashboard: Meta ad performance keyed to a creative taxonomy, nightly snapshots, attribution data from a third-party tool - Weekly business review: automated weekly roll-up (blended ROAS, CAC, contribution margin, LTV, subscription health) with written commentary - Other utility tools They are single-tenant: built for our accounts, our schemas, our assumptions. THE JOB Re-architect these tools so our students (10-20 brands, all on Shopify + Meta) can log in, connect their own accounts, their own inputs, and get the same outputs for their own business, without us touching their data by hand. - Multi-tenancy on Supabase: RLS, per-tenant config, admin view for us - Self-serve OAuth connections to Shopify Admin API and Meta Marketing API, plus third-party attribution data; token refresh, rate limits, failure states a non-technical founder can understand - Move brand-specific assumptions (catalog structure, taxonomy, cost inputs) out of the code into per-tenant setup - Scheduled ingestion per tenant: backfill on first connect, incremental after - Clean, functional dashboards. Not design-heavy, just readable and actionable - Deploy on our existing Render + Supabase setup, with docs good enough that we can onboard a student without you What already exists: the working tools (Python, SQL, some LLM-assisted reporting), a Supabase project, and a student portal on Render that handles signing, billing and intake. You extend that environment, and you work directly with the person who built the tools.
