Vibe Coding | Full-Time | Full-Stack Developer wanted | Python, React/TypeScript | IST

We’re hiring a developer to continue building one of our multiple products, it's an AI-powered CRM and deal-intelligence product, which is approximately 50% built. Quotient covers customer accounts, contacts, sales pipelines, company document search, AI-assisted proposals, approvals, and agreement workflows. You’ll take over the existing codebase and use AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex to complete features and improve the product. You must be based in IST and available full-time. What you’ll do - Understand and build on the existing codebase. - Develop frontend features using React and TypeScript. - Extend backend functionality using Python and FastAPI. - Work with PostgreSQL databases and API integrations. - Improve CRM, proposal, and deal-management workflows. - Review, debug, and test AI-generated code. - Maintain permissions, customer-data isolation, and approval controls. - Share clear progress updates and flag blockers early. What we’re looking for - Practical experience with Python, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL. - Experience using AI coding tools to ship working products. - Ability to independently understand code and resolve bugs. - Experience continuing projects built by other developers. - Confidence using GitHub and supporting deployment. - Go experience is a plus.
