Web App / Full Stack Developer React.js + Next.js developer for Existing Application Fixes

We have an existing web application for lumber classification. It helps users classify and manage lumber based on wood species, grade, thickness, width, length, and other product specifications. The application was developed a few years ago but was never fully implemented or put into production. It is a business-oriented internal tool with an existing Front end and application logic that needs a few updates before it can be used properly. The codebase includes React, JavaScript, Next.js, with part of the existing application logic built with React Node.js . We are looking for a front end developer next.js or Full Stack Developer who is comfortable working with an existing codebase and understanding previously written code. The main tasks are to fix the existing password reset functionality, fix or add the account reset functionality, check a few existing forms and user flows, and make minor UI fixes. The application is intended for internal deployment only and will be used within the company and its branches. It is not a public-facing application, so the focus is on getting the existing functionality working correctly for internal users. You will also need to review the relevant code, make clean targeted changes, commit the updates using Git, and update the application passport/documentation with the changes made. This is an existing application, so we are not looking for a complete rewrite or major new feature development. We just need to get a few existing parts working properly and leave the code in a clean, stable state. Please describe your experience working with a ready-made codebase and provide an approximate timeframe for completing the requested fixes.
