Web Developer for NY Bar Application Tool

I want to create a website to help law school graduates who have taken the NY bar exam complete their bar application. The existing process is complex and frustrating, and I want the site to become a form-filling, signature requesting, and organizing tool that simplifies the experience. I have already coded most of the foundation, but I need help cleaning it up and making it work consistently across the user journey. I’m looking for someone to take the existing work, improve the structure, and ensure the tool is reliable and easy to use. This is a cleanup job to take some scrappy 'vibe-coding' and turn it into a working site. I will provide the github link to the code repository. I expect the lift to be closer to hours than days.
