Web Developer Needed — Build or Connect Backend for Client Websites (Ongoing Work

I run a web design agency building websites for small businesses (salons, barbershops, contractors, restaurants, local service businesses). I need a reliable developer for ongoing project work — either finishing the backend on sites I’ve started in Lovable (React/Supabase-based site builder), or building a full site from scratch based on a brief, depending on the project. Typical tasks per project: • Building a full website from scratch (design + frontend + backend) based on a brief/reference • OR taking an existing Lovable-generated site and wiring up what’s missing: • Stripe/payment processing for e-commerce or deposit collection • Booking/appointment systems with database logic • Custom authentication / login systems • Third-party API connections (email, SMS notifications, CRM tools) • Supabase database setup and backend logic • General bug fixes, polish, and deployment/hosting setup What I’m looking for: • Full-stack ability — comfortable designing and building a site independently, not just patching one • Experience with React, Supabase, and/or similar modern stacks • Fast turnaround — most projects need 1-3 days depending on scope • Clear English communication, responsive during work hours overlap • Portfolio showing both full builds and integration/backend work How this will work: • Starting with a small paid trial project to assess fit and speed • If it goes well, this becomes recurring work — multiple client projects per month • Fixed price per project (scope provided) or hourly, your preference • Long-term retainer possible for the right person Please include a portfolio link and 2-3 examples most relevant to this work when applying.
