WebRTC & HLS Streaming Engineer for Live Video Platform

We have a live stream from an RTMP source converted to HLS with FFmpeg, playing on our website. It mostly works, but the video buffers every 20–30 seconds and sometimes stalls completely on mobile. I’ve tried adjusting segment length, which helped a little, but I need someone who can look at the current FFmpeg command and HLS settings, diagnose the root cause, and fix it or tell me exactly what to change. This is a small fixed-price job for a quick fix, not a rebuild. I can provide SSH access to the server or do a screen share if needed. To apply, please tell me what you’d check first.
