I would like to expand the AppraisalFlow AI project requirements. In addition to email order detection, property research, and inspection scheduling, the application must automatically collect and organize source documents for each appraisal assignment. The system should retrieve available assessor property cards, recorded deeds, recorded plot/plat plans, assessor parcel maps, municipal zoning information, FEMA flood maps, and building permit records. It must display original documents and allow appraisers to select individual pages or images, crop them, copy images to the clipboard, and download them as PNG or PDF files for use in appraisal reports. Each assignment must have an organized digital workfile containing original source documents, extracted images, research summaries, and source references. The appraiser must be able to download the entire workfile as a ZIP file or save individual documents. Please include this functionality in the MVP proposal and identify which Massachusetts public-record sources can be integrated reliably, which require licensing, and which require manual retrieval. Please provide a separate fixed-price milestone for the document retrieval, image extraction, and workfile export features. The system must not substitute an assessor map for a recorded plan or present unverified zoning conclusions as established facts.
