WordPress Developer for Cooking Studio Booking System

We run a cooking studio in Hilversum, the Netherlands. People either book a seat in one of our monthly open workshops, or hire us for a group event. Right now everything runs through email and a hand-updated Google Calendar embedded on the site. We want online booking and payment, and a site that looks the part. The site is already WordPress with WooCommerce. No shop is needed: only workshop seats and gift vouchers are paid for. The main work is a custom workshop/date model, a booking flow with seat counts, minimum-participant handling and a waiting list, gift vouchers, a group quote request, a Google Calendar availability view, and Dutch/English translation. We have a complete clickable design mockup of every page (desktop and phone) and a detailed brief with functional requirements and acceptance criteria — both attached. You would build to that, on a staging environment, and hand over so the owner can manage dates herself.
