WordPress Developer for Ongoing Site Speed, Technical Fixes and Maintenance (Multiple Content Sites)

Hello, I manage a portfolio of WordPress content and affiliate websites and I need a reliable developer to take care of the technical side on an ongoing basis. What you will do: - Improve speed and Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) on mobile and desktop - Fix technical issues: plugin conflicts, broken layouts, PHP errors, 404s, redirects - Handle caching, image optimization, CSS/JS cleanup and database cleanup - Make small custom changes: theme edits, custom code, plugin setup and updates - Fix schema, indexing and crawl issues when I send them (I handle the SEO strategy) - Take backups before every change and work on staging where possible - Send a short written summary of what you changed after each task What I need from you: - 3+ years of hands-on WordPress development - Proven PageSpeed and Core Web Vitals improvements (please share before/after examples) - Comfortable with page builders and block themes (GenerateBlocks, Elementor or Divi) - Experience with caching and optimization tools (WP Rocket, - LiteSpeed Cache, Cloudflare) - Good PHP, JavaScript and CSS knowledge - Clear written English and quick replies Nice to have: - Experience with affiliate and content-heavy sites - Basic technical SEO knowledge - Familiarity with Google Search Console and Rank Math or Yoast How we will work: - Start with a paid audit or small test task on one site - If it goes well, move to a long-term hourly or monthly retainer across 5 sites - Tasks come in a shared tracker with clear priorities To apply, please answer: - Share 2 sites where you improved speed or Core Web - Vitals. What did you change? - How do you handle backups and rollback before changing a live site? - A site scores 45 on mobile PageSpeed with a poor LCP. What are your first 3 checks? - What is your availability per week and your typical response time? Thank you. Talk soon. Shahin
