WordPress Developer with Claude AI Integration Experience

We are working on a client project and want to wire up some custom automation using Claude (Anthropic) directly inside a WordPress environment. We already have the site and the API keys sorted out, but we need a sharp WordPress Developer who actually knows how to handle AI Integration via custom code or lightweight plugins. We aren't looking for a generic chatbot widget, we need someone who can connect Claude AI to handle specific backend tasks, dynamic content generation, or custom user queries on the site. If you have experience building custom API calls between WordPress and Claude / OpenAI, we want to hear from you. This is a targeted proof-of-concept task, but if it goes smoothly, we’ll have plenty of ongoing AI implementation work for our builds. Scope of Work: 1. Set up a clean connection between our WordPress website and the Claude API. 2. Write custom functions (or configure a streamlined solution) to pass data and fetch responses from Claude AI. 3. Ensure the integration runs smoothly without slowing down the site's overall web design or performance. 4. Basic troubleshooting and error handling for the API requests.
