Company: Cheshire Partners, LLC Position: WordPress Website Support & Maintenance Specialist About the Position Cheshire Partners, a digital marketing and website development agency, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented WordPress & Elementor Website Support Specialist to assist with ongoing website maintenance, updates, and client-requested changes. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, is highly proficient in WordPress and Elementor, communicates fluently in English, and can work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Website Maintenance & Updates Perform regular backups of client websites before making updates or changes. Update WordPress core, Elementor, Elementor Pro, and other installed plugins. Verify website functionality following updates to ensure nothing has broken. Identify and troubleshoot plugin conflicts, layout problems, and other technical issues. Monitor websites for basic functionality and security concerns. Website Content & Design Updates Implement client-requested website changes, including text, images, links, buttons, and page layouts. Create and modify pages using Elementor and Elementor Pro. Maintain consistent formatting, branding, and responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Make minor HTML, CSS, and PHP adjustments when necessary. Test all changes before marking tasks complete. Technical Support & Quality Control Troubleshoot WordPress and Elementor issues efficiently. Ensure contact forms, navigation, and other website features function correctly. Document completed updates and communicate any problems requiring additional attention. Follow established procedures for backups, website updates, and quality assurance. Required Qualifications Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Strong proficiency in WordPress, Elementor, and Elementor Pro. Demonstrated experience maintaining and updating multiple WordPress websites. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic PHP. Experience with website backups, plugin updates, and troubleshooting. Understanding of responsive website design. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and communicate progress. Dependable, organized, and comfortable working independently. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cPanel and website hosting environments. Familiarity with Gravity Forms and WordPress form troubleshooting. Experience with WordPress security, performance optimization, and basic SEO. Previous experience supporting multiple websites for a digital marketing agency.
