WordPress Site Rebuild

Our website runs on WordPress and Elementor on GoDaddy hosting. We want to move it to a static site in GitHub, hosted on Cloudflare Pages, so it loads fast, stays secure, and lets us make changes in minutes. What we need: Rebuild about 55 pages as a static site (Astro or Next.js static export), keeping the same URLs so we don’t lose search rankings Content stored as Markdown or data files so products, projects and inventory are easy to update Migrate all text, images and PDFs, and set up 301 redirects for retired pages Connect forms to Salesforce and other destinations, with Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection. No form data stored on the site Carry over Google Analytics, Tag Manager and our other tracking tags with the same IDs Set up a staging site behind Cloudflare Access, plus preview links for every change Move DNS from GoDaddy to Cloudflare without breaking Microsoft 365 email or our other subdomains Basic SEO, WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, and good Core Web Vitals scores A clear README so our team and AI tools like Claude can maintain the site after launch We own all the accounts. You’ll be added as a collaborator on our GitHub and Cloudflare. Phase 2 is optional and quoted separately: an AI chat assistant built on Claude through a Cloudflare Worker that answers visitor questions and routes leads into Salesforce, plus location pages and a case study rebuild. To apply, please include: Two static site migrations you’ve done, ideally WordPress to Astro or Next.js Your experience with Cloudflare Pages and DNS migrations A rough fixed price and timeline for the core migration Anything in this plan you’d do differently We’ll share the full scope document with shortlisted freelancers. Settings Skills: Astro, Next.js, Cloudflare, GitHub, WordPress Migration, Salesforce, SEO, JavaScript Budget: Fixed price, paid by milestone (build on staging, forms and tracking, go-live, two weeks of monitoring). You can leave the amount open or set your own range.
