WordPress Site Updates

Need someone to handle quarterly updates for my WordPress site. The role is part-time, with a maximum of 5 hours per quarter. In the first quarter, there may be up to 10 hours of work to address the current need to update Wordpress (which crashes when I do it for some reason) I have a staging site active and want a person to figure out the problems using that and then publish it. I also want a person to put another page on my website and make some content edits. We can work together on Whatsapp to get the site fixed. Need technical English fluency. Looking for a WordPress/Elementor maintenance person. Budget: 5-10 hours over the next 10 days to fix current issues the, 2-4 hours per quarter for maintenance. Must use Upwork Time Tracker. Must provide weekly summary. Must be available for occasional updates to probate pages, intake forms, blog posts, and SEO.
