WordPress Website Redesign for Online Courses

I’m looking for an experienced WordPress web designer/developer to redesign and modernize my existing website. The goal is to create a modern, elegant, professional, and attractive design that improves user experience and encourages visitors to explore the site and register for courses. The current website is already functional, and nothing may be deleted or lost, including products, courses, pages, content, images, translations, WooCommerce settings, and existing functionality. I need a mobile-friendly, responsive redesign with stronger branding, clearer course and product presentation, and clear call-to-actions to increase registrations.
