WORDPRESS / ELEMENTOR PRODUCTION WORK - DUPLICATE 36 LOCATION SUBSITES (720 PAGES) *** Read the whole listing before you apply. Proposals that skip the screening step at the bottom get archived without a reply. THE SHORT VERSION We have a national health and wellness brand with 36 physical locations. One location subsite is already fully designed and built. We need that same 20-page structure replicated for the other 36 locations, with location-specific information swapped in. This is production work, not design work. You are not being asked to invent layouts, write copy, or make creative decisions. You are being asked to duplicate accurately, at volume, without errors. 36 subsites x 20 pages = 720 pages total. OUR SETUP - WordPress, single install, Elementor Pro - Location subsites live as folders on the main domain in the pattern /city-state/, then child pages under that folder - Hosting and staging environment are ours, we provide access - Template subsite and full page map are provided at kickoff - Global kit, fonts, colors, header, and footer already exist. WHAT CHANGES ON EACH SUBSITE We provide one spreadsheet with a row per location. Every variable you need is in it. You pull from the sheet, you do not guess and you do not source anything yourself. Per location you swap: - Location name, street address, city, state, ZIP - Phone number (display text and the tel: link) - Hours of operation - Google Map embed - Booking link and form destination, unique per location - Location-specific hero image and any provided local photography - Any service the location does not offer (page gets removed, we flag these in the sheet) - SEO title, meta description, and H1 with city and state - LocalBusiness schema block - Image alt text containing the location name - Footer social links, unique per location - All internal links repointed to that location's own pages, not the template's WHAT IS EXPLICITLY NOT IN SCOPE - Copywriting. All copy is supplied - Design or layout changes of any kind - New sections, new widgets, or improvements to the template - Plugin purchases, theme changes, or hosting changes - SEO strategy, keyword research, backlinks, or Google Business Profile work - Redirects and DNS - Blog or resource content If you think something in the template should be built differently, tell us. Do not change it. HOW WE EXPECT THE WORK DONE Use Elementor global templates and a duplication plugin. Rebuilding pages by hand section by section is not acceptable and will show up immediately in QA. You duplicate from a staging copy. Never edit the template directly. Work in batches by location, not by page type. A location is either 100 percent done and submitted for review, or it is not submitted. ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA (PER SUBSITE) A subsite is approved only when all of the following are true. 1. All 20 pages exist and match the template structure exactly 2. Slugs follow the naming convention in the spreadsheet, no -2 or -copy suffixes anywhere 3. Location name, address, phone, and hours are correct in body content, header, and footer 4. Map embed loads and shows the correct location 5. Booking link and form submit to that location's destination, tested with a live test submission 6. Every internal link stays inside that subsite. Zero links leaking back to the template location 7. SEO title, meta description, and H1 updated on all 20 pages 8. LocalBusiness schema validates with no errors 9. Image alt text updated 10. Desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints render clean with no overflow or broken widgets 11. A site search for the template location's city name returns zero results across the subsite. This is the single most common failure on jobs like this and we check it first 12. No 404s, no broken images, no console errors TIMELINE 3 calendar weeks from kickoff. 1 pilot subsite, fully complete, for approval The rest will be submitted in batches of 5 for review. The pilot is a non negotiable. Nothing else starts until it is approved. Expect one round of correction notes on the pilot and expect those corrections to carry into every subsite after it. We review each batch within 2 business days. Revisions on a batch are due within 2 business days of our notes. If you cannot hit 3 weeks, quote your own timeline with the same milestone structure and tell us your realistic weekly throughput. We would rather see an honest 5 weeks than a missed 3. BUDGET AND PAYMENT Fixed price for the full 720 pages. We are targeting 1,800 to 2,800 USD total, which is roughly 50 to 78 dollars per subsite, or 2.50 to 3.90 per page. We understand what this work is and we know how fast it moves once templates are set. We are not looking for the cheapest bid, we are looking for the cheapest bid that comes back error free. In your proposal give us three numbers. - Total fixed price for all 36 subsites - Your price per additional subsite, in case we add locations - Your hourly rate for out-of-scope requests Payment releases per milestone above, on approval. Milestone 1 is paid on pilot approval. Revisions inside the acceptance criteria are included and not billable. We add locations regularly. Whoever does this well gets the ongoing work. WHO WE WANT - Demonstrable Elementor Pro experience at volume, not just single-page builds - Comfortable with WordPress page hierarchy, slugs, and Elementor global templates - A team or a single builder who can genuinely sustain 10 to 15 subsites per week - Reads instructions and works from a spreadsheet without needing hand holding - Overlaps at least 3 hours with US Eastern time for check-ins - Willing to sign a mutual NDA. What is the total page count in this project, and how many subsites is that split across? 2. What is acceptance criterion number 11 and why do you think we check it first? 3. Name the duplication method and the specific plugin or Elementor feature you will use, and tell us how long one full subsite takes you start to finish 4. Show us live WordPress sites you built in Elementor where the same template repeats across many locations or pages Then give us your price and confirm the 3 week timeline or counter it. Proposals without the first line, without all four answers, or with a generic portfolio pitch attached will not be reviewed. We are hiring on attention to detail.
