Delete your Job Alerts account

You can delete your Job Alerts account (job.integrono.com) and the data linked to it at any time: in the Android app, on this page, or by email. The same steps apply to accounts created on the website and in the app.

How to delete your account

In the Android app: open Account → Delete account and confirm.
On the web: sign in, open this page and confirm below with your password or with a one-time code we email to you.
By email: write to [email protected] from your account email with the subject "Delete account". We handle email requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile: name, email, password hash, Google account link and sign-in tokens.
Everything you created in Job Alerts: your alert filters, saved jobs and, if you connect them, your Telegram/WhatsApp/Slack/Discord chat IDs for notifications.
Your support tickets and sessions.

Any paid plan ends with the account; no further charges are made.

What may be kept

Deletion from the app or this page is immediate and cannot be undone. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days, crash reports for up to 90 days, and encrypted backups roll over within 30 days. If the law requires us to keep payment records, we keep only those records for the required period.
