AI Agent Harness Developer

We need a developer to build and improve an AI agent harness for Hermes, a research project focused on autonomous agent development. The work includes implementing core agent capabilities, refining the harness architecture, and supporting ongoing research through reliable, scalable, and maintainable code. You should be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, collaborating with researchers, and helping shape the technical direction of the project. Experience with agent-based systems and a strong ability to translate research requirements into practical software solutions are important.
