What You Will Build We need someone who can design and deploy AI agents and automation workflows across our business. This includes but is not limited to: - Lead intake and qualification agents - Automated client reporting workflows - CRM data enrichment and cleanup automations - AI-powered content drafting and review pipelines - Internal task routing and notification systems - Integration between tools like GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, Slack, Gmail, and our project management platforms - Automated SEO reporting and data aggregation - AI-assisted proposal and onboarding workflows Tools and Platforms You should have hands-on experience with one or more of the following: - n8n (preferred) - Make.com (formerly Integromat) - Zapier - OpenAI / ChatGPT API - Python scripting for custom automation - Webhooks and REST API integrations - Airtable, Google Sheets, Notion What Success Looks Like You will be evaluated on: - Quality and reliability of workflows you build - Speed of deployment from scoping to live - Ability to document and hand off automations to non-technical team members - Proactive suggestions for where AI can save us time or money This is an ongoing position.
