AI Engineer – Claude API Integration & Prompt Engineering

We are looking for an experienced AI engineer with strong expertise in Claude API integration and prompt engineering to troubleshoot and improve an existing chatbot. The chatbot is currently experiencing issues with response quality, context handling, consistency, and overall conversation flow. The ideal candidate will review the existing Claude API implementation, analyze the current prompts and system instructions, identify the root causes, and implement improvements. Key responsibilities: Review and troubleshoot the existing Claude API integration Improve system prompts and prompt architecture Optimize context and conversation memory handling Improve response accuracy, consistency, and relevance Debug API-related issues and edge cases Test the chatbot across different scenarios Recommend best practices for reliable production performance Experience with Claude/Anthropic API, LLM prompt engineering, chatbot development, API integrations, and debugging AI workflows is required.
