App Store Upload Assistance

My iOS app is complete and fully tested; what I’m missing is the know-how to get it into the App Store. I do not yet have an Apple Developer account, so I need someone who can guide me through enrolment and then handle (or walk me through) every step that follows in App Store Connect and Xcode...
