This continuation agreement reinstates the remaining two milestones under a new Upwork contract. All prior work completed under the original contract is acknowledged by both parties. This agreement covers only the remaining outstanding deliverables. The scope below reflects a simplified launch version agreed upon by both parties, designed to keep the app financially sustainable from day one without adding scope beyond the original agreement. Milestone 1 — Payments & App Launch — $2,600 App configured so that API costs per active user do not exceed subscription revenue. Free tier with 3-session monthly cap enforced server-side. Core tier at $4.99/month with unlimited sessions. Limitation popup when free user hits cap. Push notifications, streak tracking, memory across entries, and EQ Points all functioning correctly. Terms of Service screen in app. Client has access to usage and subscription data. App live on App Store. Payment released after client confirms everything is working as expected. Milestone 2 — Backup & Bug Fixes — $760 Database backups active. Full QA completed before submission. 30-day bug guarantee begins on public launch date. All bugs reported within 30 days fixed per original contract terms. Payment released 30 days after public launch.
