# Senior Data & AI Engineer (Contract) – Build the Intelligence Behind Neoria ## About Neoria Neoria is building an AI-powered relocation intelligence platform that helps people identify the best countries and cities to relocate to. Our platform evaluates **hundreds of metrics** across taxation, immigration, cost of living, healthcare, education, safety, quality of life, climate, business, infrastructure and many other domains to produce highly personalised recommendations. This isn't a reporting platform or a dashboard. We're building an intelligent decision engine where data quality, algorithm design and user experience are equally important. --- ## The Role We're looking for an exceptional engineer to help build the core intelligence behind Neoria. This is **not** a traditional ETL or data warehouse role. You'll work directly with the founder on problems such as: * Designing robust data pipelines from official and trusted sources. * Designing algorithms that transform raw data into meaningful relocation intelligence. * Helping determine how hundreds of metrics should be normalised, weighted and combined. * Using AI to improve data ingestion, validation, classification and quality assurance. * Designing systems that maximise both **data accuracy** and **user usefulness**. * Challenging assumptions and helping improve the overall architecture of the relocation engine. You'll work directly with the founder on one of the most ambitious relocation intelligence platforms currently being built.
