Your main role will be setting up the Github repository, deploying the application and serverless function on Netlify, configuring environment variables, and ensuring iframe embedding works properly. We have a single page html frontend (styled with Tailwind CSS), and a Node.js serverless function designed to interact with Google Geminis API (@google/generative-ai SDK with a live web search embedded). We need this hosted centrally on Netlify so it can be embedded into client websites via iframe. Key Responsibilities: 1) Repository Setup: Push the provided project structure (index.html, package.json, and netlify/functions/callGemini.js) to a Github repository. 2) Netlify deployment: Connect the Github repo to Netlify for automated builds and deployment. 3) Environment configuration: Securely set up the Gemini-API-Key environment variable inside Netlify's Site Settings. 4) CORS and Endpoint Testing: Verify that the Netlify Serverless Function communicates properly with the Gemini APi and that CORS headers allow cross-origin iframe embedding. 5) Embedding Verification: Test the app live inside an iframe on a test page to confirm smooth functionality without layout or initialization issues.
