Excel 365 Cell Color Issue

I'm having trouble with my Excel 365. I cannot get it to fill-in a cell with a different color using the Fill Color tool. I read the help section but it still does not work. I am not getting any error messages; it appears to work but no color shows... (Budget: ₹12500 - ₹37500 INR, Jobs: Data Entry, Data Processing, Excel, Microsoft Office, Visual Basic)
