Facebook Marketplace Deal Finder & Negotiator

Seeking a reliable virtual assistant to search Facebook Marketplace daily for motorcycles, cars, and investment properties in assigned locations. You will identify undervalued listings, estimate resale value using comparable listings and my appraisal process, and calculate repairs, fees, expected profit, and maximum purchase price. You will contact sellers professionally, gather key details, and negotiate toward our target price. You will also follow up with unresponsive sellers, maintain an organized spreadsheet of listings and negotiations, and report strong opportunities immediately. For houses, you will qualify opportunities; I will handle final offers and contracts. Must never exceed the approved maximum price or make binding commitments without permission.
