We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and highly skilled Flutter / FlutterFlow Mobile App & Website Developer to join our team and help maintain, improve, and expand both platforms. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining production mobile applications and professional websites. The developer must be highly proficient in Flutter, FlutterFlow, Dart, Firebase, Firestore, and website development. This position is not simply about building a new application from scratch. The developer will be expected to learn our existing applications and websites, understand the current codebase and database architecture, troubleshoot existing issues, maintain current systems, and develop new features as Barberz Link and Cosmo Link continue to grow. Required Skills * Strong experience with Flutter and FlutterFlow * Proficiency in Dart * Strong knowledge of Firebase and Firestore * Experience with Firebase Authentication, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, and notifications * Ability to work with and optimize existing Firestore database structures * Experience developing iOS and Android applications * Ability to work with existing FlutterFlow projects and custom Flutter/Dart code * Strong experience in website development, maintenance, and optimization * Ability to create modern, responsive, professional websites * Experience maintaining and updating existing websites * Understanding of responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices * Experience integrating websites with databases, APIs, payment systems, forms, and other third-party services * Experience with APIs and third-party integrations * Understanding of state management and complex application workflows * Experience troubleshooting bugs and improving application and website performance * Ability to create and deploy production builds to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store * Experience with Git, source control, hosting, domains, SSL, and development documentation Responsibilities The developer will support both Barberz Link and Cosmo Link, including: * Maintaining and improving both mobile applications * Maintaining, updating, and improving both company websites * Developing new website pages, features, forms, and functionality * Ensuring websites are responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices * Diagnosing and fixing mobile app and website bugs * Developing and integrating new app features * Managing Firebase and Firestore functionality * Improving application and website performance and scalability * Maintaining user registration and profile systems * Supporting multiple user roles and subscription levels * Maintaining job posting, job search, application, and networking features * Implementing notifications and messaging functionality * Integrating websites and mobile applications when required * Supporting future global expansion and international users * Maintaining iOS and Android compatibility * Preparing, testing, and deploying new application releases * Managing website deployments and updates * Working directly with company leadership on feature requirements and development priorities Preferred Candidate We are looking for someone who is dependable, responsive, organized, technically knowledgeable, and capable of taking ownership of projects from beginning to deployment. Strong communication is extremely important. The right developer should be comfortable reviewing existing applications and websites, identifying problems, recommending solutions, and explaining technical issues in clear language. Experience developing marketplace, employment, social networking, subscription, education, or multi-user-role platforms is highly preferred. The developer should also understand that proper documentation and company ownership of technical assets are essential. All source code, repositories, FlutterFlow projects, Firebase projects, databases, hosting accounts, domains, deployment credentials, and related development assets must remain accessible through company-controlled accounts.
