Full-Stack Engineer - Health Care

We’re building and scaling a B2B telehealth SaaS platform and are looking for a strong full-stack engineer to help us ship features, build integrations, fix bugs, and improve production reliability. We need someone who can build from scratch and also jump into an existing codebase, work independently, and own tasks from implementation through testing and production. Tech stack: TypeScript, Next.js, React, PostgreSQL You’ll work on: - Prescribing and telehealth workflows - DoseSpot / Surescripts / pharmacy integrations - Payments and subscription billing - EMR / EHR and lab integrations - Wearable integrations - Third-party APIs - Production bugs and platform reliability Must have: - Strong full-stack SaaS experience - TypeScript - React / Next.js - PostgreSQL - Third-party API integration experience - Production debugging experience - Automated testing with Playwright, Cypress, or similar - Experience with staging, deployment, and regression testing - Strong ownership and communication Nice to have: - Healthcare / telehealth experience - HIPAA-regulated software - ePrescribing / EPCS - DoseSpot / Surescripts - Payments integrations - EMR / pharmacy / lab integrations What we care about: We want someone who can take ownership of the full lifecycle: - understand → build → test → deploy → verify A task is not done just because it works locally. We care a lot about testing, production reliability, and preventing regressions. Setup: We may also have a separate fit for someone especially strong in UI/UX, conversion optimization, user retention, and product-focused engineering.
