Full-Stack Web Developer

We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency (SEO/GEO, CRO, Paid) looking for a full-stack developer to be our primary build partner across a roster of B2B SaaS and service clients. You'll move fluidly between design iteration, Webflow/WordPress development, and QA on the same projects — this is not a narrow "just build what's in the Figma" role. What you'll do: build and maintain Webflow CMS templates (including complex multi-collection architectures), work in WordPress/Elementor for other clients, troubleshoot hosting/performance issues when they come up, and take real ownership of quality before anything ships. You'll also need to be proficient in GTM, GA4, and form embeds from CRMs such as Hubspot/Pardot/etc. Must haves: 40 hrs/week availability, real-time overlap with US business hours, strong portfolio of Webflow CMS builds (not just static pages), WordPress/Elementor experience, comfortable explaining technical tradeoffs (including basic DNS/hosting concepts) to non-technical stakeholders.
