Role Summary We are looking for self-driven Course Creators and Subject Specialists to design, develop, and structure high-impact online certification courses. In this role, you will take ownership of turning complex topics into structured, engaging digital learning experiences—including video/audio lessons, concise reading materials, and assessment quizzes. You will work directly with our Chief Officer (CO) in a flexible, fully remote setup. Key Responsibilities Curriculum & Syllabus Design: Break down complex subject topics into logical, step-by-step modules aligned with certification standards. Multi-Format Content Creation: Video / Audio: Script and present clear, engaging video lectures or voiceovers. Reading Materials: Draft clear summaries, key takeaway guides, and reference docs for learners. Assessments: Design quiz question banks (MCQs, scenario-based questions) to test learner understanding. CO Collaboration: Present course outlines and draft content directly to the Chief Officer for review, integrating feedback quickly. End-to-End Delivery: Deliver ready-to-publish course assets on scheduled project timelines. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Background in training, lecturing, content creation, instructional design, or coaching. Subject Fluency: Strong research skills with the ability to master new topics rapidly and simplify them for learners. Media Production Skills: Comfortable delivering clear audio/video explanations (basic slide design and clear presentation skills). Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills (Tamil fluency is a plus). Self-Management: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of delivering quality work independently without needing step-by-step supervision.
