I need an expert to complete the PCB layout for a small rigid board, starting from a finished KiCad schematic. The electrical design is fully closed — every component, connection, and the battery power system are already defined (PDF attached). This is NOT a circuit design task, only physical layout and routing.
The board is rigid, small (~55x30mm reference size), 6 layers, for a wearable device with GPS, IMU, and biometric sensors (heart rate, SpO2, temperature, GSR). It includes Qi wireless charging and a LiPo battery connector.
Main tasks:
- Component placement as compact as possible, always prioritizing GPS signal integrity and electrical reliability over minimizing size. The reference size is a guideline, not a fixed target — if you can optimize it with sound professional judgment, that's welcome, but not at the expense of the antenna or electrical noise.
- Full routing, with special attention to the RF section for the GNSS antenna (u-blox MIA-M10Q chip). This requires a 50-ohm impedance-controlled trace and proper ground clearance.
- Full DRC pass to ensure the board is manufacturable and electrically sound.
Deliverables: Gerber files, pick-and-place file, and BOM with part references, ready for fabrication and assembly at JLCPCB.
